Uwe Dittus (born August 3, 1959 in Birkenfeld ) is a former German soccer player .

In his youth, Dittus played at 1. FC 08 Birkenfeld . Then the midfielder was active at Karlsruher SC from 1979 to 1986 and played a total of 111 games (4 goals) in the Bundesliga and 127 (13 goals) in the second division . In 1983/84 he became champions of the second division with Karlsruher SC after being relegated the year before. A year after promotion, he and the Badeners, at that time an "elevator team", were the last to leave the upper house of football.

In 1986 Dittus moved to Viktoria Aschaffenburg in the 2nd Bundesliga . However, he could not keep the class with Aschaffenburg and so Dittus moved to the Belgian first division club KFC Winterslag after only one season .

However, he also left this after only one season and moved to FC Basel , which had just been relegated from the National League A, the top Swiss division. However, in his three years in Basel he could not celebrate the rise again; so Uwe Dittus ended his career after twelve years of professional football.

Uwe Dittus was also on the field eleven times for the German U-21 national football team .

After his playing days, Dittus was the tour manager of the music group “ Pur ” for years .
