Uwe Erichsen

Uwe Erichsen (born August 9, 1936 in Rheydt ) is a German novelist , screenwriter and writer .

Uwe Erichsen has been working as a freelance writer, sometimes under a pseudonym, since 1974 and has written around 240 booklets and paperback novels, including westerns, agent thrillers and Jerry Cotton novels , as well as short stories and serial novels for magazines. In 1988 his novel The Life of a Cat was filmed under the title The Cat . Erichsen also worked as an author of various ARD evening series such as Aufachse (TV series) , Der Fahnder und Großstadtrevier , the Tatort (TV series) and the ZDF series Ein Fall für Zwei . In 2018 he wrote the script for the Cologne crime scene Bausünden together with Wolfgang Wysocki .
