Uwe Rheingans

Uwe Rheingans (born January 10, 1929 in Duisburg ) is a German politician . He was one of the four NPD members in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament from 1967 to 1971.

Life

Rheingans attended grammar school and studied natural sciences, in particular biology, chemistry, anthropology and geography in Marburg and Kiel . In 1954 he received his doctorate in biology in Kiel . He was student teacher , Studienassessor and teacher for biology, chemistry and geography. He later became director of studies and deputy headmaster at the Neustadt high school in Holstein. In 1981 he was transferred from the Ministry of Education to the Timmendorf High School because of right-wing extremist activities. However, the transfer was withdrawn on the basis of a court ruling.

Rheingans was a co-founder of the NPD, where it was the district chairman of the Oldenburg / Holstein district association and deputy state chairman. He was a city councilor and deputy mayor in Neustadt in Holstein . From 1967 to 1971 he sat in the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein . There he was noticed by inquiries "that have not been heard from the parliamentary gallery since the end of the war".

In 2000 Rheingans became a member of the leadership of the right-wing extremist German Study Association .
