Víctor García (athlete)

Víctor García Blázquez (born March 13, 1985 in Madrid ) is a Spanish obstacle and long distance runner .

In 2011 he retired over 3000 m at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Paris and over 3000 m obstacle at the World Athletics Championships in Daegu in the preliminary run.

In 2012, he failed over 3000 m at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Istanbul in the first round. Over 3000 m obstacle he won bronze at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and did not reach the finish line at the Olympic Games in London .

At the 2014 European Championships in Zurich, he passed over 3000 m obstacle in the lead.

In 2014 he was Spanish champion over 3000 m obstacle and in 2012 Spanish indoor champion over 3000 m.
