The 2015/16 V-League was the 12th season of the South Korean professional volleyball league. The season began on November 14, 2015 and ended on March 24, 2016 with the championship finals. The defending champion was Ansan OK Savings Bank Rush & Cash .
The men's V-League was made up of seven teams in the 2015/16 season, which initially competed against each other in three rounds.

In the V-League, the following point rule applies to the game: For a 3-0 or 3-1 win there are three points, for a 3-2 win two points, for a 2-3 defeat one point and no point for a 1: 3 or 0: 3 defeat. The four best teams in the main round took part in the championship games.
