The VR my Raiffeisenbank eG was a German cooperative bank based in the Bavarian Altötting . The business area included the south-east Bavarian districts of Altötting , Mühldorf and Traunstein .
history
The bank was founded in 1892 and operated under the name "Raiffeisen-Volksbank in the districts of Altötting-Mühldorf eG" until 2008.
In 2015 it merged with VR-Bank Burghausen-Mühldorf eG. The latter was founded on April 4, 1912 in Mühldorf, merged with Raiffeisenbank Ampfing eG in 2001 and with Raiffeisenbank Burghausen eG in 2006 .
In 2017 it then merged with Raiffeisenbank Trostberg-Traunreut eG. A merger with Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Rosenheim-Chiemsee was announced in October 2019 , creating the third largest VR bank in Germany. On July 2, 2020, it was merged into my Volksbank Raiffeisenbank eG .
