The Raiffeisenbank Trostberg-Traunreut eG was a cooperative bank based in Traunreut ( Bayern ). Their business area covered large parts of the Traunstein district . The bank offered both financial and insurance services to private and corporate customers. In addition to the classic banking business, the bank operated real estate brokerage and property management.
history
The origins of the bank go back to 1894, when the savings and loan association Traunwalchen eGmuH was founded by Pastor Lohr with 54 members. From 1976 on, four mergers took place with neighboring cooperatives to form Raiffeisenbank Trostberg -Traunreut eG. In addition, the Raiffeisen investment Trostberg-Traunreut GmbH (wind power) was founded in 2011. PEBT-GmbH followed in 2013 and Obra GmbH in 2015. In 2017 the bank was merged with VR Meine Raiffeisenbank eG, Altötting.
Social Commitment
The bank promoted cultural, sporting and social organizations and events as well as schools and clubs in the business area. In 2014 the donation volume totaled around 60,000 euros.
