Valérie Corre

Valérie Corre (born May 17, 1967 in Antony ) is a French politician . She has been a member of the National Assembly since 2012 .

Corre studied history in Orléans and then worked in a Center régional des œuvres universitaires et scolaires , which is responsible for social welfare for schoolchildren and students. In 1984 she joined the Mouvement des Jeunes Socialistes and three years later the Parti socialiste . For this she moved in 1989 in the city council of Orléans. This was followed in 2005 by promotion to the national council of the PS and in 2008 by the election as deputy secretary of the party in the Loiret department . In the sixth constituency of the department, she ran in the parliamentary elections in 2012 and was elected to the National Assembly.
