Val de Seine is a business district in the greater Paris region. What is meant is the area in the southwest of Paris along an arch of the Seine , which in principle includes the municipalities of Boulogne-Billancourt and Issy-les-Moulineaux and extends into the 15th district of Paris . The area was primarily an industrial area in the 20th century, specializing in the communications sector from 1980. Most of the French television companies are based here: TF1 , France Télévisions , Arte , Canal + , TPS , Eurosport , France 24 .
