Valentina Marocchi (born December 19, 1983 in Bozen ) is a former Italian diver . She started in 10 m high diving and with Brenda Spaziani in 10 m synchronized diving. She was trained by her father Antonio Marocchi and Giorgio Cagnotto .

Marocchi started diving at the age of five. She won her first international medals at the Junior European Championships, in 1998 she won gold, in 2001 she won bronze from the 10-meter tower. She contested her first international championship in the adult division at the 2003 World Cup in Barcelona , but missed the finals from the tower in the singles and with Spaziani in the synchronized competition. In 2004 she finally won her first medals. At the European Championships in Madrid she achieved bronze twice in singles and with Spaziani vom Turm. Marocchoi took part in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , but missed the semi-finals in the individual from the 3-meter board and from the 10-meter tower. In the following years she reached several finals at world and European championships, but could not win any more medals. She started again in the individual from the tower at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and reached 15th place in the semifinals. At the 2009 home world championships in Rome , she and Spaziani narrowly missed the finals as tenth in synchronized jumping.

Marocchi ended her active career after the 2010 season.
