Valto Olenius
Valto Olenius ( Valto Rudolf Olenius; born December 12, 1920 in Karkkila , † July 13, 1983 in Heinola ) was a Finnish pole vaulter .
In 1948 he was seventh at the Olympic Games in London . At the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 , he won silver, and at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki, he was fifth.
From 1950 to 1952 he was Finnish champion three times in a row. He set his personal best of 4.31 m on July 6, 1953 in Tampere .
