Vance Aandahl

Vance S. Aandahl (born September 30, 1944 in Colorado , USA) is an American writer who published several dozen short stories in the fields of science fiction and fantasy from 1960 to the mid-1990s . In recent times he has written a number of film reviews. His stories have appeared partly in science fiction anthologies and magazines (for example in The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction ), partly in literary magazines and also in Playboy . They have been translated into several languages, including German, French and Italian.

His short story Born from the Beast was nominated for a Locus Award in 1987 .
