Vasileios Gaitanis ( Greek Βασίλης Γαϊτάνης , born November 6, 1991 ) is a Greek Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 63 kilograms.

Gaitanis played his first international title fights at the 2011 World Cup in Gyeongju , but retired early. The following year he won his first national championship title. He took part in the 2012 European Championship in Manchester and achieved his greatest sporting success to date. Gaitanis only lost to Michael Harvey in the final and won his first international medal with silver.

He is trained by national coach Kyriakos Parasidis.
