Michael Paul Harvey (born September 21, 1989 in Manchester ) is a British Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 63 kilograms.

Harvey competed for Manchester Aces in his hometown. He started his sport at the age of five. Harvey played his first international title fights at the Junior European Championship in Baku in 2005 , where he reached the semifinals and won bronze. In 2008 he qualified for the Olympic Games in Beijing . There he started in the weight class up to 58 kilograms, reached the quarter-finals, where he was eliminated against Guillermo Pérez and finished seventh. The following year Harvey played his first world championship in Copenhagen , but was eliminated in his opening match. He made it to the top international during the 2011 World Cup in Gyeongju . He reached the final against Lee Dae-hoon and won the silver medal. At the European Home Championship in Manchester in 2012 , Harvey was European champion for the first time.
