The Veer Towers are two twin towers, each with 37 floors, on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada , which each house 337 luxury condominiums ranging in size from 46 to 140 m². The Veer Towers are part of the CityCenter and are adjacent to The Crystals , a shopping and entertainment area, and the Mandarin Oriental . On each tower there are common areas with a pool, a fitness center, a wellness area and a terrace with changing rooms.

history

In the early construction phase, the towers were called Sobella Residential Towers . The towers were designed by Helmut Jahn's Chicago office . The lobbies and public areas were designed by Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido.

Awards

On November 20, 2009, the Veer Towers was awarded the LEED Gold Prize.
