Velika Obarska ( Serbian - Cyrillic Велика Обарска ) is a village belonging to the municipality of Bijeljina and is located northwest of the city of Bijeljina in the Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina . In 1991 the village had around 3,500 inhabitants.
