Diego Venini

Diego Venini (born October 4, 1889 in Fiumelatte di Varenna , † July 20, 1981 ) was an Italian titular Catholic Archbishop .

Career

Venini received on 6 July 1913, the sacrament of Holy Orders . On January 12, 1951, he was appointed secret almsman to Pope Pius XII. appointed. He resigned from this office on December 16, 1968.

On January 12, 1951, he was appointed titular archbishop of Adana by the Pope . He was ordained bishop on February 4th of the same year by the Cardinal Bishop of Ostia , Eugène Tisserant ; Co-consecrators were the Curia Archbishops Carlo Confalonieri and Francesco Beretti .
