Apostolic Alms Administration
The Apostolic Alms Administration ( Latin Eleemosynaria Apostolica , Italian Elemosineria Apostolica ) is a department of the Roman Curia . She supports the needy in the name of the Pope and reports directly to him. She distributes apostolic blessings in the name of the Holy Father for special celebrations, such as priest anniversaries, weddings, jubilees of associations. They are usually sent out by scrolls or legal documents upon written request.
