Veronika Klechová (born May 5, 1989 in Bernolákovo ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

society

Klechová started her career at FK Bernolákovo, from where she moved to ŠK Slovan Bratislava at the age of 13 . In the 2005/2006 season she moved to the professional team at Slovan Bratislava and took part with her team in several UEFA Women's Champions League games.

On February 7, 2012, she left Slovakia and moved to the Welsh club Cardiff City LFC .

After six months, the attacking midfielder turned her back on the British Isles and signed a loan deal with SV Neulengbach in Austria on January 31, 2013 . After half a year in Austria, she returned to Wales for Cardiff City LFC in the summer of 2013 . Klechová played the preliminary round of the 2013/2014 season for Cardiff City before moving to Scotland for Inverness Ladies FC in January 2014.

International

Klechová is the current A national player for the Slovak national soccer team and made her A international debut in the World Cup qualification against the Romanian national soccer team on June 22, 2006 at the age of only 17 .

Private

After graduating from high school in 2009 at the Gymnázium Pankúchová 6 in Bratislava , she began studying physical therapy at the Slovenská zdravotnícka univerzita in Bratislava. She has been in a relationship with the Slovak national soccer player Filip Kiss since 2011 .
