The Reconciliation Church in the Werste district of Bad Oeynhausen is the parish church of the Evangelical Church Community Werste, which belongs to the Vlotho parish of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia .

History and equipment

The area of ​​today's parish Werste originally belonged to the Evangelical Church Eidinghausen . In 1959 the parish hall named after Paul Gerhardt was built in Werste , where services were also held . In 1972 Werste von Eidinghausen was parish off and a bell carrier made of exposed concrete with three bells was built.

In 1990 the Reconciliation Church was built and connected to the Paul Gerhardt House. The three bells from 1972 were taken over, the organ comes from Gustav Steinmann Orgelbau from Vlotho .
