Insurance Law - Journal for Insurance Law, Liability and Damage Law (VersR) is a legal journal from the Versicherungswirtschaft publishing house that has been published since 1950 and is primarily aimed at judges, lawyers and practitioners in the field of insurance law. It appears twice a month, with essays, judgments and comments being published in each issue. It appears in an edition of 7500 copies.
Editing
Manfred Wandt ( Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main ), who succeeded Egon Lorenz , has been the main editor since August 1st, 2015 . As of January 1, 2016, other members of the editorial team are Oliver Brand (University of Mannheim), Jürgen Bürkle, Lothar Jaeger, Theo Langheid , Dirk Looschelders and Peter Reiff ( University of Trier ).

Articles and judgments from the journal Insurance Law are usually quoted as follows:
