Administrative community Haßmersheim-Hüffenhardt

In the agreed administrative community Haßmersheim-Hüffenhardt in the Neckar-Odenwald district in Baden-Württemberg , two communities have come together to handle their administrative business. The seat of the agreed administrative community is in Haßmersheim ( fulfilling municipality ).

Structure and tasks

A joint committee made up of representatives of the municipalities involved decides on the fulfillment tasks. The chairman of the joint committee is the mayor (Michael Salomo) of the fulfilling community (Haßmersheim). The "agreed administrative community" is not itself legally competent , as it is not a corporation under public law and therefore also not a community association . The scope of the assigned tasks of the agreed administrative community determines § 61 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code .
