Administrative community Limbach-Fahrenbach

In the agreed administrative community Limbach-Fahrenbach in the Neckar-Odenwald district in Baden-Württemberg , two communities have come together to handle their administrative business. The seat of the agreed administrative community is in Limbach ( fulfilling municipality ).

Member municipalities

Members of this administrative community created by a public law agreement are:

  • Limbach municipality , 4432 inhabitants, 43.61 km²
  • Fahrbach municipality , 2766 inhabitants, 16.42 km²

history

The administrative community was founded on January 1st, 1976.

Structure and tasks

A joint committee made up of representatives of the municipalities involved decides on the fulfillment tasks. The chairman of the joint committee is the mayor (Bruno Stipp) of the fulfilling community (Limbach). The "agreed administrative community" is not itself legally competent , as it is not a corporation under public law and therefore also not a community association . The scope of the assigned tasks of the agreed administrative community determines § 61 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code .
