The Rötha administrative community was an administrative community in the Free State of Saxony in the Leipzig district . It was in the center of the district, around 20 km south of the city of Leipzig and around 10 km northwest of the district town of Borna . The community area is located in the Leipzig lowland bay in the newly developed Leipzig New Lakeland . The federal highway 95 runs four lanes through the community area. The federal highway 38 is about 10 km away.
