Structure and tasks

A joint committee made up of representatives of the municipalities involved decides on the fulfillment tasks. The chairman of the joint committee is the mayor of the fulfilling municipality (Schwäbisch Hall). The "agreed administrative community" is not itself legally competent , as it is not a corporation under public law and therefore also not a community association . The agreed administrative community was formed on the basis of §§ 59 ff. GO in conjunction with § 25 of the law on municipal cooperation. The scope of the assigned tasks of the agreed administrative community determines § 61 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code .
