Location of the Sebnitz administrative community in the Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district (as of September 30, 2012)

The Sebnitz administrative association was an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony in the Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district . It was located in the southeast of the district east of the district town of Pirna on the border with the Czech Republic . A large part of the administrative community was in the Saxon Switzerland National Park on and above the Sebnitz and Kirnitzsch rivers .

The administrative community was formed on October 1, 1998. With the incorporation of Kirnitzschtal into Sebnitz on October 1, 2012, the administrative community was dissolved.

Former member communities until 2012 were:

  • Sebnitz with the districts Sebnitz (city), Hofhainersdorf, Schönbach, Amtshainersdorf, Hertigswalde and Hinterhermsdorf
  • Kirnitzschtal with the districts Altendorf, Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain, Ottendorf and Saupsdorf
