Vestreno municipality in the province of Lecco
Vestreno

Vestreno is a fraction of the municipality of Valvarrone in the province of Lecco in the Italian region of Lombardy . Vestreno is about 25 km north of the provincial capital Lecco and 70 km north of the metropolis of Milan .

On January 1, 2018, the municipality of Vestreno merged with Introzzo and Tremenico to form the new municipality of Valvarrone. The districts of Masatele, Bondal, Acqui, Grasagne and Olgiatsch belonged to the municipality of Vestreno. The community last had 310 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2016). The neighboring communities were Dervio , Dorio and Sueglio .
