Veten (Norwegian for beacon ) is a 2,123 m high mountain in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Borg massif, it rises 3 km northwest of Høgskavlen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped the mountain based on surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
