Vicente Nieto Prado (born January 6, 1974 ) is a retired Mexican soccer player who mainly played in midfield .

career

Nieto received his football training with the UNAM Pumas , where he also received his first professional contract in 1992 . Already in his first appearance in the Mexican Primera División on August 15, 1992 in a home game against Deportivo Toluca , Nieto scored two goals and thus made a significant contribution to the 4-0 success of his team.

After ten years with the Pumas, Nieto moved to Albinegros de Orizaba , who play in the Mexican second division , in the summer of 2002 .

National team

In 1993 Nieto was part of the squad of the Mexican U-20 team at the junior soccer World Cup . He played all four games that the Mexicans played at this World Cup and scored three goals.
