Vicente Olivera (born July 27, 1988 in Artigas ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.78 meter tall midfielder Olivera belonged to Danubio FC at least in 2006 when he started his career . That year he moved to Plaza Colonia . He was active there until 2007. In the 2009/10 season he is listed as a player in the reserve (Formativas) of Club Atlético Peñarol . In August 2010 he joined the second division Sud América on loan . For the club from Montevideo , he played 19 games in the Segunda División in the 2010/11 season . He did not score a hit. He then returned to the second agency in Peñarols. Other sources report that he moved from Sud América to Huracán Football Club in the second half of 2012 . He was active at Huracán from 2012 to 2013.

National team

Olivera was a member of Uruguay 's U-17 team, coached by Gustavo Ferrín . With this he took part in the U-17 South American Championship in Venezuela in 2005 and became vice South American champion. At the U-17 World Cup in 2005 , he was also in the Uruguayan squad. In the course of the World Cup tournament, however, he was not used.
