Victor Andrade Santos (born September 30, 1995 in Aracaju ) is a Brazilian football player .

Personal

Victor Andrade was born in 1995 in Aracaju, Brazil. His godfather is the former world star Robinho .

Career

He played for Santos FC from his early teens . At the age of 12 he went to Portugal to the traditional club Benfica Lisbon before returning to FC Santos in 2008. Andrade signed his first professional contract at the age of 16 and made his debut in the Série A on June 6, 2012 . In the following weeks he made several short deployments and was deployed for the first time from the start on July 8th. Exactly a month later, he scored his first goal for the professional team in a game against Cruzeiro . In total, he was used 19 times during his first professional season, scored three goals and gave two assists. With his club he won the Recopa Sudamericana in autumn 2012 , although he was not used in the finals against Universidad de Chile .

In July 2014 - less than three months before the end of the contract - he returned to Benfica Lisbon. There he signed a five-year contract. According to Brazilian media reports, the transfer fee was around 800,000 euros. In the first season in Portugal it was only used for the second-class Benfica B. He completed 32 games in which he scored four goals. For the 2015/16 season he was promoted to the first team. He made his debut on August 16, 2015 against GD Estoril Praia . He only ran three times for the first team in the league. He continued to play the majority of his games for the second team.

He was then awarded to league rivals Vitória Guimarães during the winter break of the 2015/16 season .

For the 2016/17 season , Andrade was awarded to the German second division club TSV 1860 Munich . On September 22nd, 2016 Andrade scored his first goal for TSV 1860 München in an away game against FC St. Pauli . After being substituted on in the 77th minute, he scored a minute later to make it 2-2.

Style of play

Andrade, who is 1.77 m tall, is often compared to Neymar in Brazil because of his stature and style of play . Its greatest strength is its speed. Its preferred position is the wing.
