Victor Caire

Victor Caire (* 1993 in Aix-en-Provence , Bouches-du-Rhône ) is a French film director .

Career

Victor Caire was born in 1993 in Aix-en-Provence and attended the "MoPA" animation school in France. The film Garden Party was made with his fellow students and released in 2016 at the Festival du Court-Métrage de Clermont-Ferrand . For his participation, he and Gabriel Grapperon received a nomination in the category “ Best Animated Short Film ” at the 2018 Academy Awards . In addition to his work as a director, he was also responsible for the sound. However, the Academy Awards went to Glen Keane and Kobe Bryant for their short film Dear Basketball , which shows Bryant's childhood dreams through to his 20-year career.
