The Victoria Tower is a skyscraper near the city center of Mannheim not far from the main train station in the Lindenhof district , bordering the Mannheim “ Suez Canal ”. It was planned by the Frankfurt architecture firm Albert Speer & Partner GmbH and opened in May 2001. The building core was completed in 27 weeks. The area per floor is 760 m².

From the outside, the glass envelope and the shape of the Victoria Tower are striking. Its ground plan has the shape of a diamond. There are stairwells in the acute angles. It is 97.5 meters high with 2 basement floors and 27 floors. Originally even 114 meters were planned, but these plans could not be implemented due to objections from Mannheim Airport. During the planning, it was feared that the tower could cut off the Lindenhof from the city center, but this did not come true. The street next to the building was renamed "Am Victoria Turm" after him.

The Victoria Tower is the seat of the regional head office Southwest of the Ergo insurance group - originally Victoria Versicherung AG, hence the name of the building - and DB Regio AG, Region Mitte (formerly DB Regio AG, Regio Südwest , formerly DB Regio RheinNeckar ); other tenants include CARAT Systementwicklungs- und Marketing GmbH & Co. KG, Hays and Theurer & Kollegen GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.
