Bekanty Victorien Angaban (born September 29, 1996 in Abidjan ) is an Ivorian football player who plays on the position of midfielder . He has been under contract with FC Metz in France since 2019 .

Career

Chelsea

Victorien Angban was first brought in 2012 from Chelsea to be loaned out. In January 2015 he officially signed the contract with Chelsea.

VV Sint Truiden

On July 14, 2015 it was announced that Victorien Angban would be loaned to the Belgian club VV St. Truiden for the season. His style of play was generally successful when he began to become a regular on the team, but three red cards, including two against Anderlecht at home and away, meant his involvement was severely limited towards the end of the season.

Granada CF.

Victorien Angban was loaned to the Spanish club Granada CF for the 2015/16 season. Here he played only ten league games in the entire season.

Waasland-Beveren

Here he became a regular player straight away and played 31 league games in which he scored his first professional goal on February 2, 2018 away at Royal Antwerp (2: 1). His loan ended after just one season.

FC Metz

On July 27, 2018, the French second division FC Metz announced the one-year loan of the player. After the season, Angban was then firmly committed for 6 million euros.

International

Victorien Angban made his international debut for Ivory Coast on October 25, 2014 against Zambia , having previously represented Ivory Coast at every youth level.
