The Victory Glacier is an approximately 13 km long glacier with a leisurely slope on the Trinity Peninsula at the northern end of the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows from the northern end of the Detroit Plateau to the Prinz Gustav Canal , which it reaches immediately north of Pitt Point .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped and named it. It was named after Japan's surrender in World War II in August 1945.
