The VietinBank Business Center Complex is a building complex consisting of two skyscrapers that is being built in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi . The skyscraper was designed by the British star architect Norman Foster , who runs the Foster + Partners architectural office with his team . The construction project was presented to the public in 2010. Construction started in 2011, the foundation was completed in 2015. The construction work was originally supposed to be completed in 2018, but will not yet be completed in 2020 after VietinBank's financial difficulties .

Tower 1

With a height of 363 meters, Tower 1, the VietinBank Business Center Office Tower , is said to be one of the tallest buildings in the country. The tower is to become the new headquarters of VietinBank on its 68 office floors . The building has a rectangular base. From a height of 285 meters, the building becomes narrower on one side, while the other continues to the top. The upper third of the tower thus represents a triangle when viewed from the front. Gardens are set up according to the plans on two different levels, 110 and 210 meters high.

Tower 2

The VietinBank Business Center Hotel Tower will be built next to the Office Tower , which will reach a height of 250 meters and will have 48 floors. The lower tower has a rectangular floor plan and ends with a flat roof. The facade is to be completely clad with glass. According to the original concept, Tower 2 will only have a few offices; the majority of its usable space is to be used for hotel rooms.
