Alfons Höckmann

Alfons Höckmann (born May 26, 1923 in Dortmund ; † March 4, 2014 in Kaarst ) was a German actor , theater director and theater director .

Life

After graduating from high school , Alfons Höckmann attended the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum . He made his debut there in 1941 at the municipal theaters . Other stages were theaters in Baden-Baden , Lübeck and Nuremberg as well as the Junge Theater in Munich and the theater in Zurich . So you could find him in Zurich in 1954 and 1955 as Lt. Tom Keefer in the play The Caine Was Her Fate from Herman Wouk when Dr. Sanderson in the comedy My Friend Harvey by Mary Chase and as Demetrius in William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream . Alfons Höckmann was later committed to the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus during the management of Karl-Heinz Stroux .

He also appeared in numerous television productions . Among them were the television series The Fifth Column , a heart and a soul , the fantastic adventures of the spaceship Orion - Space Patrol , The Crime Museum , The Commissioner and the television miniseries Alexander Zwo . He was also 1960, the voice actors of Jean-Paul Belmondo in the feature film The Big Risk .

In 1968, Alfons Höckmann and his wife, the actress Ingrid Braut († 2001), took over the management of the Düsseldorf comedy and also directed the house , which is run as a boulevard theater . At the end of June 2003 he gave up his position as the principal of the theater.
