The Vikenegga is a 1955 m high mountain in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Kottas Mountains it rises in the northern section of Helsetskarvet . The Wallnerspitze is a prominent peak of its massif .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1985. It is named after Kaare Viken (1905–1986), a leader of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
