Viktor Bregner Bromer (born April 20, 1993 in Aarhus ) is a Danish swimmer who specializes in butterfly swimming . He won the gold medal over 200 m dolphin at the European Swimming Championships in 2014 and was runner-up over the same distance at the 2012 European Short Course Championships .

At the 2014 European Championships in Berlin, he won in 1: 55.29 minutes ahead of Hungary's Bence Biczó (1: 55.62) and Poland's Paweł Korzeniowski (1: 55.74). At the European short course in Chartres , France , he was only beaten by László Cseh (1: 52.11 min) in 1: 53.38 min and relegated the Dutchman Joeri Verlinden (1: 53.47 min) to third place.

At the 2015 World Championships in Kazan , he had to be satisfied with fifth place in 1: 54.66 min on his special route behind Cseh (1: 53.48 min), Chad le Clos (1: 53.68 min), Jan Świtkowski ( 1: 54.10 min) and Masato Sakai (1: 54.24 min). He had panicked before the race because he missed his swimming trunks in the locker room.
