Jan Świtkowski (born January 23, 1994 in Lublin ) is a Polish swimming athlete . He was bronze medalist in the 200 meter butterfly at the 2015 World Swimming Championships .

He mastered the exhausting distance in the Aquatics Center in the Russian city of Kazan in 1: 54.10 min and came to the finish line behind the Hungarian László Cseh (1: 53.48) and the South African Chad le Clos (1: 53.68).

In other international swimming competitions, Świtkowski also competed in freestyle , back and position races . Among other things, he was 23rd over 200m freestyle and 30th over 200m medley at the 2013 World Swimming Championships in Barcelona .

Świtkowski is multiple Polish champion and the son of the former Polish swimmer Joanna Pizoń-Świtkowska . He is studying at the University of Florida and is being trained by his father Andrzej.
