Vila Cova de Carros is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Paredes . The community had 663 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Vila Cova de Carros, Madalena , Besteiros , Gondalães , Bitarães , Mouriz and Castelões de Cepeda merged to form the new parish of Paredes .
