Vilarinho de São Romão is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the Concelho Sabrosa .

The village is located south of the small town of Sabrosa in the mountains of the Alto Douro on the national road 323.

In the village there is the Solar dos Pereiras Lagos from the 17th with a chapel from the 15th century. The baroque parish church is dedicated to Holy Roman, who is also the village patron.
