Vilde Mortensen Ingstad (born December 18, 1994 in Oslo , Norway ) is a Norwegian handball player who belongs to the squad of the Norwegian national team.
Career
Vilde Ingstad started playing handball at Nordstrand IF in 2002 . From the 2014/15 season, the circle runner ran for Oppsal IF . In the summer of 2016, she joined the Danish first division team Esbjerg . With Team Esbjerg she won the Danish Championship in 2019 and 2020 and the Danish Cup in 2017.
Vilde Ingstad appeared 26 times for the Norwegian youth team and 34 times for the junior national team. With these teams she took part in the U-18 World Cup in 2012 , in the U-19 European Championship in 2013 and in the U-20 World Cup in 2014 . She won the bronze medal at the U-18 World Cup. On October 9, 2014, she made her debut for the Norwegian national team. Ingstad won the gold medal with Norway at the 2015 World Cup and the 2016 European Championship and the silver medal at the 2017 World Cup .
