Vilefuck is a Swedish thrash metal band from Västerås that was founded in 2004.
history
The band was formed in 2004. In the following years the first demos were released with Livet är meningslöst (2004), Scumfucks (2005), The Beast Within (2006), Thrashing Fucking Metal (2007) and Intoxicated by Madness (2008), before the debut album What Lies in 2009 Ahead Is Already Dead via FDA Rekotz was released. In 2010 the band could be heard on the sampler Obscene Extreme 2010 with the song Fuck the System . In the same year the band played at the festival of the same name , replacing Warbringer , who had to cancel for financial reasons.
style
According to Janne Stark in his book The Heaviest Encyclopedia of Swedish Hard Rock and Heavy Metal Ever! the band plays fast and wild Thrash Metal, which he describes as a mixture of Kreator and FKÜ. described. According to Thomas Meyns from metalnews.de , What Lies Ahead Is Already Dead is mainly influenced by Sodom . The riffs of the title song would be reminiscent of Persecution Mania and the vocals sound like a mixture of Tom Angelripper and Marcel “Schmier” Schirmer from Destruction . On the electric guitar there are “ solos that are as short as they are concise ”. The song Maze is reminiscent of the early Sepultura .
