Vilhena , officially Município de Vilhena , is the fifth largest city in the Brazilian state of Rondônia with around 75,000 inhabitants.

It is located on the connection between Ji-Paraná in the northwest and Cuiabá in the southeast about 100 km north of the border with Bolivia .

The Rio Iquê is a national reserve in the direction of Juína about 50 km northeast in Mato Grosso .
