The Villa Édouard in Bagnères-de-Luchon , a French town in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region , was built in 1864. The villa on Boulevard Edmond-Rostand No. 2 has been on the list of architectural monuments in France since 2003 as Monument historique .

The neo-Gothic villa was built according to plans by the architect Edmond Chambert. It is in the style of rural villas that were rented out during the summer months. Characteristic of the building the two round corner are bay windows and the central buttress , which is completed by a triangular pediment.
