The richly structured structure is three-story and has a half-hipped roof with offset gables and ridges . Among the many architectural details include a high corner tower, truss elements and a winter garden - bow window .
The villa was built by the architect Emil Eichelberg for the Altenloh, Brinck & Co company in the immediate vicinity of the train station at an exposed altitude above the plant.
