The villa for August Ramm is in the Niederlößnitz district of Radebeul in Saxony , at Paradiesstrasse  18. It was built in 1896 by the “Gebrüder Ziller” construction company.

description

The smaller country house - like villa , which is now a listed building , is a Swiss - style residential building with a protruding, tile-covered gable roof with a wide overhang and rafter gables . Below is a jumble . The building stands at the gable on a hillside plot, so it appears to be one-storey towards the street, while on the sloping garden side to the east it is two-storey through a basement floor . The entrance is in the north side view.

The building is plastered, the windows and doors are framed by sandstone walls. There are also flat windows in the jamb. Some of the windows are emphasized by horizontal roofs . The previously existing blinds with valances have now disappeared. In the street view there is a small stucco coat of arms relief .
