description

The two-storey, today under monument protection standing villa has a knee wall and a flat, wide vorkragendes hipped roof .

In the five-axis, symmetrical street view, there is a floor in the middle on graceful pillars, the exit framed by bars on top. The lower terrace is connected to the front garden via an outside staircase . The windows on the upper floor are crowned by straight roofs, the central window by a segmented arch roof. All windows are garment edged sandstone.

In the left side view there is a porch with the arched entrance portal. At the back of the house is a low commercial extension.

From 1875 a major von Kreutzburg lived there (1886 and 1897 Lieutenant Colonel Eduard Othello von Kreutzburg († 1913), Kreutzburg's heirs in 1914). In 1875, the owner, Henriette Antonie von Kreutzburg, nee. von Tauchnitz (1838–92), daughter of Christian Bernhard Tauchnitz , set up a detached coach house.
