description

The two-storey villa was planned by the architect F. Hüsgen on behalf of the manufacturer R. Brackelsberg, whose factory is located south of the property. Floral and ornamental stucco structures encompass the entire building, which has a pointed, tiled hipped roof with round bulges and asymmetrically arranged crippled hip gables . The gable triangles , the eaves and the arched windows have clear Art Nouveau decorative elements and are accentuated in color. The wooden windows are preserved above the transom and in the dormer windows with muntin division .

The villa stands on a park-like garden plot near the Heilenbecke stream with a gravel driveway that is flanked by two ornamented pillars . In the northwest corner of the property between the Heilenbecke and the state road L700 there is an Art Nouveau garden pavilion .
